  “I was really frustrated with my 15-year-old air conditioner – it just stopped blowing cold air, and my house was sweltering at 85 degrees! I contacted the company that had been servicing it previously, but the technician wasn’t there and they couldn’t get someone else to come out for days. Thankfully, I called Endless Energy, and they were so helpful right away. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and then Gavin arrived. He immediately seemed confident he could fix it, and he explained everything clearly, showing us the dirty coils and offering solutions. He even took the time to clean the coils and replace the air filter – and showed us the difference with before and after pictures! The price was fair, and he worked late to get it done that day. Now, my air conditioner is blowing *freezing* air – it's amazing! Gavin was so polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything so well. Honestly, he's a fantastic technician. I’d highly recommend Endless Energy and especially Gavin. They’ll definitely be back next year for our annual maintenance, and I’m so glad we found them!” report abuse

  “I recently had my heat pumps serviced for the first time after installation, and I wanted to give a special shout-out to the technician, Eydin. He was fantastic! He was so pleasant, really knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly and efficiently while explaining everything as he went. I actually learned a lot about my system, and he even pointed out that my water heater needed maintenance – something I hadn’t even thought about.   Gavin was fantastic – he arrived right on time and really got to the bottom of the problem with our HVAC system. He was incredibly professional, patiently troubleshooting and then expertly fixing it.   “Overall, my experience with this company was pretty frustrating. While the initial online energy assessment was simple and straightforward, the customer service was overwhelming. They contacted me over 14 times in just six days – mostly through texts, emails, and phone calls – and a lot of the communication felt a little confused, like they were just trying to get me to book an appointment I’d already scheduled or push a sale. I appreciated the one helpful conversation I had about solidifying the inspection details, but then I received a last-minute call the day before, needing to reschedule because I hadn't filled out a preliminary questionnaire. It felt incredibly disorganized and honestly, it made me question whether they could actually deliver a reliable service.” report abuse

  “I’ve been incredibly pleased with Endless Energy. They installed my entire heat pump and mini-split system several years ago, and the whole team – from the initial sales to the installation – was fantastic. They’ve consistently provided excellent maintenance and preventative care over the years, and they’ve always been responsive when I’ve had any questions or concerns. Recently, I had a strange noise coming from one of my mini-splits, and they acted really quickly. Don Davis, who I’ve used for my regular maintenance, came out the next morning and was fantastic – really knowledgeable and professional. They got the issue resolved with a new part, and I’m so grateful for their attention to detail.   TJ was fantastic – he arrived on time and really explained everything clearly about our air conditioning issue. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and even offered some helpful suggestions for future maintenance. We’ll definitely be using Endless Energy again because of his service. The only slightly confusing part was the service charge, which ended up being $190 – they explained it as $95 per unit, but honestly, I was so pleased with the work TJ did that I didn’t have any concerns about the cost. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Endless Energy’s service. I had a water leak in my central AC unit in the basement on June 24th – it was a particularly hot day (100 degrees!). They responded so quickly, getting back to me within an hour and confirming the appointment just before 5:30 PM. Eydin was fantastic – he was incredibly polite, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and how he was going to fix it. He was very thorough and even gave me some helpful advice about drying out the floor. Honestly, I really appreciate their fast response and the whole team’s professionalism.
