  I was really disappointed with Roto Rooter’s service. I called to get an estimate on clearing four slow drains, but the customer service representative couldn’t provide one. The technician ended up quoting $629 per drain, which felt incredibly high, especially since he only worked on one of them for less than 30 minutes. Honestly, I would have never scheduled the service if I’d known the price was that much. The one drain they did clear is working perfectly, but overall, the experience was frustrating and overpriced. report abuse

She explained exactly what was going on, walked me through the whole issue, and even gave me some helpful tips for preventing it from happening again.   David from Roto-Rooter was fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with. He responded to my call so quickly, arriving at my house within an hour, and he was incredibly detailed and explained everything clearly. He even double-checked the drain system after he finished the work, which gave me complete peace of mind.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. I called Roto Rooter desperately needing my drain cleared, but the representative, Ana, was completely unable to assist me. Her English was difficult to understand, and it took nearly 14 minutes just to get my name straight. To add to the frustration, she actually made fun of me for stuttering – it was completely unacceptable. Honestly, she seemed more confused than helpful, and the whole interaction was incredibly rude and unprofessional.” report abuse

  “Overall, the initial response to the emergency was really impressive – they were there within an hour and quickly resolved the immediate drain issue. The restoration team followed up the next day and did a solid job cleaning and disinfecting. However, we’re now quite frustrated. It’s been over 48 hours since they initially responded, and we haven't received any updates or communication.   Overall, I was really pleased with Roto-Rooter’s service after the kitchen and basement leak. The team was fantastic – Devan and Mike were particularly helpful and hardworking, and they were both incredibly polite and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process.   “I was really impressed with the service we received. The woman who took my initial call was so friendly and clearly explained everything we could expect from the tech’s visit. Our technician, James, was fantastic – he was punctual, professional, and took the time to explain the entire process upfront, including the pricing.
