  Overall, we were really pleased with the fence Marquette Fence Company built – it’s a solid, well-made product with excellent materials and workmanship. The installation team was efficient and got the job done relatively quickly, and the fence has definitely kept our dogs safe, even on the sloped areas. We appreciated the initial contact and the quick quote process, although the price was a little higher than we anticipated due to the ongoing material shortages. However, our biggest concern was the delay after we made the down payment. We were left waiting for a solid timeline, and it took about a month to finally get a firm date for the installation – it felt like we were stuck in limbo. It seems they might be short-staffed, which likely contributed to the wait. Despite that delay, we’re extremely happy with the quality of the fence itself and would definitely consider Marquette Fence Company for future projects. report abuse

I’ve used them several times over the years, and they’re consistently reliable and do a great job.   Overall, the fence looks lovely – it’s a beautiful design. However, I was really disappointed with a couple of key issues. There were quite large gaps left under the fence and between the buildings, which unfortunately allowed my dogs to escape within minutes. I had to call someone back out to address these gaps, and frankly, it’s frustrating considering I paid almost $11,000 for the installation. report abuse

  Overall, our experience with this company was disappointing. The installation itself was done very well by the installers, who we genuinely appreciated. However, we quickly noticed significant deformations in the $12,000 vinyl fence within a year, and the company’s response was frustrating. They sent two technicians over a four-month period, only to direct us to contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim – information they could have provided immediately. We also weren’t given the extra fence length they had to cut during installation, despite charging the full quoted price. Because of these issues, we’re now seeking another company to complete the final section of the fence. We’d give them a 2-star rating based solely on the quality of the initial installation work. report abuse

  Sam and his team did a great job installing the fence exactly as we’d requested. We had a small issue with one of the support posts settling down, but they took care of it incredibly quickly – replaced it right away. We’re really pleased with the work and how responsive they were. report abuse
