  I was really pleased with Perfection Fence – this was the second time I’d used them and they did a fantastic job extending my fence. I’d had a small section installed a few years back, and it’s still standing strong, so I knew I could trust them with a bigger project. Jimmy and his partner did a truly wonderful job, leaving no mess and really making my yard look fantastic. Dave, the sales rep, even followed up after the first day, which was a really nice touch.   Erin was fantastic – really professional, super knowledgeable, and always quick to respond. And the installers were amazing too; they were incredibly meticulous and took the time to make sure we were completely happy with the finished fence. It looks absolutely beautiful!   My father, a respected Marine Corps veteran, unfortunately had a really negative experience with Perfection Fence. They performed a repair for $800, and he paid them entirely in cash, even leaving a $50 tip to each employee. The biggest problem was they didn’t provide him with a receipt, and as a result, the management pressured him to pay another $800. While I understand the management’s position, it was incredibly concerning that he was pressured without any proof of his payment. I strongly advise anyone considering working with Perfection Fence to always insist on a written receipt and to avoid paying cash. report abuse

  I was really pleased with Perfection Fence – I decided to install a split rail vinyl fence myself to save some money, and they were fantastic to work with. I got quotes from a couple of other local companies, and Perfection beat them by $300 on the materials alone. The sales team was great, and the price was excellent. I’m picking up my order tomorrow, and if everything goes smoothly, I’d definitely recommend them. I’ll definitely be giving them a call when I eventually get around to replacing my back fence! report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the finished job – it’s exactly what I envisioned and the installation was absolutely top-notch, deserving of a 5-star rating for the detail. The team were fantastic. However, I think Perfection Fence could really enhance the customer experience by keeping me more informed throughout the process. Regular updates via email, text, or phone calls about any potential delays would have been really appreciated. Despite that, I’m a very happy customer and got exactly what I wanted! report abuse

We paid a deposit and then struggled to get in touch to schedule our installation – it took us five calls and two weeks before we finally heard back.
