The fact that they’ve covered up the mold, rather than fixing the root cause, is particularly troubling. The waterlogged ductwork is another major red flag. It’s incredibly frustrating to see someone in a leadership role behaving inconsistently, like smoking on-site while strictly enforcing a no-smoking policy for the workers.
