  Honestly, I was really disappointed with my experience. I requested an estimate for a wood floor replacement, and they immediately said they were too busy to schedule an appointment. They didn’t even commit to coming out to give me an estimate, and essentially told me they might not do the job if it didn’t work for them. That’s completely unacceptable – it felt like they weren’t interested in my business at all. I’m sure there are plenty of other contractors who would be happy to provide an estimate. report abuse
