  We were so pleased with our recent flooring replacement through EFS Flooring America. Erik, Luis, and Ms. Natalie were fantastic – they really helped us understand the process and let us borrow plenty of samples to help us make our decision. Erik was also incredibly helpful in coordinating the purchase and delivery, and the installation went smoothly thanks to Adrian, Chuy, and Bonita. They were a truly professional and efficient team; they took extra care moving our furniture and kept the space clean throughout the entire process.
