  “I’ve been a Hunt customer for a long time, and I recently had them install a new HVAC system – and I couldn’t be happier! From the start, they were incredibly open and honest about the different options and what they recommended. They got the job scheduled right away and completed it really quickly. Best of all, I saved a huge amount of money compared to what I anticipated. Plus, the office staff is just fantastic and so friendly. I really appreciated that they wanted to handle the job themselves instead of sending me to another company – it saved me a lot of hassle.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I’ve received. I’ve been waiting for ten days for my air conditioner to be repaired, and it’s still going to take several more days because they need to send someone out to just write down the order number. It’s frustrating that no one seemed to take ownership of the problem and they just passed the buck between different people. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but their service has really gone downhill, and I’m regrettably moving my business elsewhere. I would strongly recommend exploring other companies for your repair needs. report abuse

  “I’ve been incredibly impressed with HUNT Plumbing – I’ve used their services three times now and they’ve become my go-to for any plumbing issues. Zack is a fantastic plumber; he’s always so polite, friendly, and really takes the time to explain things clearly. I also want to give a shout-out to Adam, who’s currently being trained by Zack – he’s a promising young plumber and clearly benefiting from Zack’s expertise.   “I’m incredibly frustrated with the service I received. I initially called to report a malfunctioning HVAC unit, and while someone did come out to take notes, the process quickly spiraled out of control. It took nearly a week to get any updates, and when I finally called to check on the part, they admitted the order had been lost. What really bothered me was the lack of communication – the technician didn’t even bother to let us know, and the person I spoke with just seemed to deflect blame. They sent someone else out to take a picture, only to order the part themselves without informing us. Then, the technician didn’t even attempt to contact us, assuming we had a gate issue. It’s clear there are serious communication breakdowns within the company. Instead of taking responsibility and proactively communicating, they’re trying to shift the blame to another vendor. Honestly, the repeated errors and the complete absence of communication are unacceptable. It’s a huge failing in customer service, and I’m extremely disappointed.” report abuse

  “I had a really terrible experience with this HVAC repair company. They initially came out and fixed the problem, but less than 48 hours later, they were back to address the *same* issue. Then, just a short time after that, they called me back again for yet another problem. What was incredibly unprofessional was when I checked my security camera and heard one of the technicians, Matt, making disparaging comments about me – he actually called me a ‘cheapskate’ and threatened to ‘haul me out.’ It felt like they were trying to overcharge me at every turn, and ultimately, the entire job cost me nearly $3000, and the original problem remained unresolved. To make matters worse, the technician was laughing at me through my security camera and speaking down to me. Because of their behavior and the continued failure to fix my HVAC, I ended up having to purchase a completely new system from a different company, costing me even more money. I strongly believe this company is taking advantage of customers, and I would advise anyone considering them to think twice – I’m seriously considering legal action.” report abuse

  “I was absolutely blown away by how Hunts handled the situation when a pipe burst under our rental home. It turned out to be a really big job – essentially the entire kitchen needed to be gutted – but they were incredibly professional and communicative throughout the whole process. They worked so well with both the property management company and the insurance company, and the owner himself was always available to answer questions and ensure everything stayed on track. I really appreciated the extra effort he put in, especially with the conference calls with the insurance adjuster. I wholeheartedly recommend Hunt’s – they provided fantastic service and were a lifesaver!” report abuse
