  Bob Green did a fantastic job installing a new roof for the previous owners, which is why we initially turned to them when we bought our home. They were really quick to put together an estimate and the installation itself was done quickly, neatly, and professionally. However, unfortunately, a leak developed in the roof they’d installed just a few months after we moved in. We contacted them several times, leaving messages hoping to get it resolved, but we received absolutely no response. It’s understandable that companies get busy, but the complete lack of communication and follow-up was really disappointing and concerning. Because of this, I can’t recommend Bob Green based on my experience. report abuse

  Bob Green really impressed me. I recently needed new vinyl shutters after a storm, and their estimate was surprisingly competitive – it was almost as good as buying them at Lowe’s and installing them myself. They did a fantastic job with the shutters, and they’ve also handled my siding repairs and gutter work for me. What really stands out is how quickly they respond and how consistently good the quality of their work is, all at a really reasonable price.   Bob Green Siding really exceeded my expectations – they were fantastic from start to finish. I went with them to replace my siding and from the very first call, Eddie was incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and presented me with three different options, complete with price estimates. I even got a quote from another company, and Bob Green Siding’s was noticeably more affordable, especially considering the quality of the siding they offered. What really stood out was the professionalism and care of the installation crew – Jeff and Al were always available to answer my questions and they really listened to my ideas for the project. They were incredibly friendly, punctual, and even worked late to get the job done ahead of schedule. They were great at addressing any concerns I had, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail. The whole communication process, from the initial estimate to coordinating with the team on-site, was seamless.   “I contacted this company after a storm and was hoping for a roof inspection and estimate to assess the damage. Unfortunately, the initial representative simply looked at the house from the ground and determined there was no storm damage – they didn’t even use a ladder. It was really frustrating because another contractor was able to actually inspect the roof and identified significant wind and hail damage. To add to the confusion, I only received an estimate for new gutters, but no estimate for the roof itself.” report abuse

  I appreciate the team’s effort in completing the work as requested. However, I’m very concerned about an incident that occurred – someone used my bathroom window screen as a makeshift support for a ladder, without informing me. This caused significant damage, and I’m now left to deal with the repair myself. I also provided the workers with water, which feels particularly frustrating given the oversight.
