  “I’m absolutely thrilled with my new pool – I’ve been dreaming of Spring 2021 and finally getting to enjoy it! Kenny and his team did an incredible job. Honestly, I went through a lot of different pool companies, and I always heard the sales people were fantastic, but the actual construction was handled by outside contractors, which often led to frustration and poor quality. That’s why I was so relieved to find Norco Pools – I was really impressed to see the owner, Kenny, personally overseeing the work every day, which gave me a huge sense of confidence. I met a wonderful saleswoman there who was incredibly knowledgeable about fiberglass pools, and then Kenny walked my husband and me through the whole process, answering all of our questions.   “I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I’ve received. Kenny is truly exceptional – he goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels valued. Recently, he even came out to my house on a Sunday morning to replace a broken pump, just in time for my party! He followed up with the company and, because of how it failed, I received a free chlorine cell of equal value. It’s clear they really care about their customers here.” report abuse

  I was really disappointed with the pool closing service. Their website advertised that they would clean my filter as part of the service, but that didn’t happen. They only put the cover on and blew out the lines, and unfortunately, they missed securing a drain plug in my pump. Worse yet, they didn’t return any of the hardware for my pool. The whole job took them maybe 30 minutes, and when I opened my pool, it was a complete mess. I contacted them about the misrepresentation on their website, and they tried to charge me extra to clean the filter – it just didn’t seem fair considering the price of $400 for such a quick job. To top it off, I also found a diving board I couldn't even assemble. I definitely won’t be using their services again. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my experience calling about getting a pool installed. The woman who answered the phone gave a very broad price range – $40,000 to $60,000 – and said they were completely booked until Spring of 2020. Worse than that, she said the owner would call, but never actually got my name or number. I explained that I wanted to have the pool ready for next summer, and she just repeated that they were booked. It just felt like they weren’t interested in taking my business. I expected at least a visit from the owner to assess the yard and give me a proper quote, especially if someone cancelled. Ultimately, I’ll be going with a different company for this project.” report abuse

  Honestly, I’m so impressed with Norco! A friend of ours recently had a pool installed, and it looks absolutely amazing. But what really stood out was the fantastic customer service they received – my friend was blown away.
