  Phil and the whole team at Top Notch were absolutely fantastic! They really took the time to understand my current heating system – the furnace and mini-splits – and patiently walked me through everything. Phil was particularly helpful explaining the technical stuff in a way I could easily grasp, and he offered some great suggestions to improve efficiency and save money, like upgrading to a smart thermostat. Then, last week was a whole other level of amazing. When I called about a concerning burning smell, Stavro and Phil, along with an apprentice, jumped right into action during a really harsh freeze. They quickly diagnosed the issue – my furnace motor had failed – and got a new one installed, plus new filters. When the smell persisted, Phil personally returned to check CO levels and ensured my detectors were up to date. I felt completely reassured by their professionalism and attention to detail. Kim’s check-in texts were a really nice touch too. Honestly, Top Notch goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend them – I'm definitely planning to move forward with their recommendations! report abuse

  Phil and Skyler were a fantastic team – incredibly patient in explaining everything to us and they really went above and beyond, systematically working through all the potential solutions until they finally got the room temperature working correctly after so long.   Overall, we’ve been really pleased with the new heat pumps and the service we’ve received from Top Notch. Dan and Kim were fantastic – they patiently answered all of our questions, and the crew was both knowledgeable and incredibly courteous. The scheduling was also handled very promptly.
