  John and the team from Tough Build did an absolutely fantastic job fixing my basement water leak. I was so impressed with the whole experience – from the initial consultation to the final cleanup. Right from the start, they were incredibly professional and clearly knowledgeable about masonry work. They took the time to really understand the problem and explained their plan in a way I could easily follow, which made me feel really confident in their abilities. The actual work they did was just outstanding. They repaired and sealed my foundation perfectly, and you could tell they really paid attention to detail. Everything was done with such skill and precision. Plus, they left my property spotless when they were finished – it was such a relief! And to top it all off, the price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work. I highly recommend Tough Build to anyone dealing with a basement water issue; they're a truly reliable and skilled team.
