  “We were so pleased with the work these guys did installing our new propane stove. They were incredibly courteous and professional, and it was really nice to work with people who were friendly and approachable. What really stood out was how knowledgeable they were – they took the time to walk us through the whole setup and explained all the safety features thoroughly, which we really appreciated.   “I wanted to share a really frustrating experience my mom had with J Brothers. She called them last winter when they stopped working on her heating system – they’d initially diagnosed the problem and promised to return to complete the job, but they never showed up. She spent over two weeks calling repeatedly, getting promises of a callback that never came. Thankfully, she had a wood stove that kept her house warm while she was at work. Eventually, a service tech returned and, shockingly, told her the system needed thousands of dollars in repairs. I ended up switching her to another company, who arrived within 24 hours and fixed the simple issue for free – it was a complete contrast to her awful experience with J Brothers.” report abuse

  I have to say, Josh and the whole team at J-Brothers LLC were fantastic. They really got those winter horseshoes up and running for us in Bertha, and they were incredibly responsive, even squeezing in a couple of house calls on pretty short notice.   “Overall, we had a really frustrating experience. They were fantastic initially and really helpful with our plumbing problems, but things quickly went downhill. Once the job became more complicated, they stopped responding and essentially disappeared. Unfortunately, our plumbing issues were never actually resolved.” report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with the service I’ve received. From the start, it felt like they were saying anything to get the job, and they haven’t followed through on a single promise. Worse, they’ve attempted to silence me by blocking me on social media. It’s incredibly unprofessional. Frankly, the quality of work is unacceptable. They haven't completed basic tasks like installing the heat and plumbing, despite multiple attempts. They’ve even given me the runaround, claiming to be too busy when the core issues remain unresolved. I know other people are experiencing the same problems – two neighbors have been without heat for over a week now, waiting for them to finish the job they started. I need honest communication and a real commitment to getting this done, not more lies.” report abuse
