  “From the moment we saw VKB Homes’ stunning display at the Parade of Homes and met Misty, we knew we’d found the right team. Misty and Rich came to our house to discuss our kitchen project and provided a really accurate estimate that fit our budget. Misty truly listened to what I wanted and helped me design my dream kitchen! Throughout the whole process, she offered fantastic ideas and was involved in every single decision. But it wasn’t just Misty – Kevin, Adam, and Marc were incredible. They were so talented and professional, and they really paid attention to the smallest details.   Overall, I was incredibly pleased with VKB’s work on both my three-season room conversion and the addition they did for my parents’ home. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail – they really listened to my vision and worked with me to get everything exactly how I wanted it. Katie was a fantastic coordinator, and Sara consistently kept me informed throughout the process. The whole team – Adam, Dan, Mike, and Tim – were professional, respectful, and responsive, even when we encountered a couple of minor issues. I especially want to commend Darell and his painter; they did an absolutely fantastic job with the painting – truly professional. They completely transformed our living room with a beautiful new gas fireplace surround using ledge stone; it’s stunning and really draws the eye the moment you walk in. We also had a roof extension built, which now covers our patio and has created such a lovely outdoor living space. From the very beginning, VKB really listened to our ideas, offered some great suggestions, and walked us through a very detailed project plan and estimate. Todd, our representative, was fantastic – he took the time to understand our biggest worry, which was the risk of the project dragging on indefinitely.
