  Emily was absolutely fantastic! She really went the extra mile when she came to assess the issues with our old addition. She put in a lot of work – drawing a floor plan, taking detailed measurements, even crawling underneath to get a good look – and she patiently explained everything to us, answering all of our questions thoroughly.   “We were absolutely thrilled with the work Supportworks did to address the water problem under our house. From the start, Ryan’s expertise in designing the solution was fantastic. He really understood the issue and came up with a great plan. David, the job foreman, and his team – including Ali and Wyatt – were incredibly hardworking and professional. It was a seriously challenging job – we had nearly a foot of water and mud under our house! Ali and Wyatt really went above and beyond, crawling around for days in those tough conditions to install the sump pump and dehumidifier.   Overall, this company demonstrated a strong understanding of the project and delivered high-quality work, thanks to some really friendly and helpful employees like Tim and Morgan & Wyatt. Tim was particularly great with the initial consultation, evaluation, and contracting process. However, we did experience a longer-than-anticipated timeline and several delays throughout the project, coupled with some communication gaps that could have been smoother.
