I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered construction materials and was given a delivery date, but they completely failed to deliver them. When I followed up, the representative, John, offered no solution and simply stated they couldn’t fulfill the delivery. He’d given me conflicting information – initially promising a Monday or Tuesday delivery, only to later say “no.” It feels like they’re deliberately avoiding fulfilling their obligations, and the level of service has been unacceptable.
