  Overall, this is a fantastic team – they’ve consistently provided excellent service for years. The roofing crew is particularly reliable, with a strong understanding of their work and a really efficient process that minimizes errors with supplies and deliveries. It’s really important that Andy continues to be available; please ensure he doesn’t get any time off. report abuse

  I’m so incredibly disappointed with my experience here. The staff were incredibly rude and offered no assistance whatsoever. Worse, there were near misses with golf carts on the property, and I ended up purchasing the completely wrong roof tiles – they don’t fit and don’t match at all. To top it off, they refused to give me a refund! It was a really awful and unprofessional experience, I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with this company! The staff were super friendly and got my tile order processed quickly. Plus, the prices were reasonable. I especially loved their website – the feature where you can upload a picture of the tile and get an email back letting you know if they have it was incredibly handy.” report abuse
