  I recently bought a few things from this company, and the first order was fine. However, with my most recent purchase, I was told I’d receive a free DeWalt power tool. The package arrived, but the tool wasn't included. It seems they weren’t delivering on their promises, and I wouldn't recommend buying from them. report abuse

  Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed. I gave them just one star because they’re certainly good at processing payments. I ended up paying $1800 for a set of tools that were ultimately worth about $1134. The Milwaukee hammer drill I ordered didn’t include the promised 25-piece bit set, two batteries, or even the core bits – it was a serious misrepresentation of what I expected. report abuse

It wasn’t until we contacted the company to investigate that the products finally arrived.
