  Blooming Desert truly exceeded our expectations with the construction of our new home’s landscape. We were so pleased with our decision to go with them, and the feedback from our homeowner’s association group was overwhelmingly positive. Dave Shuck, our designer, was fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable, attentive to our budget and specific requests, and he delivered exactly what we envisioned. Romi, the landscape manager, was also a huge asset, being on-site throughout the entire project and always happy to answer our questions. Sergio did a superb job with the hardscape, and Mike expertly handled the pool build, meticulously overseeing every step – from inspecting the foundation to conducting the final pool orientation and two weeks of maintenance. Kenny Adams, our project manager, was outstanding. He kept everything on track and communicated milestones clearly, and he was consistently on-site, which we really appreciated. We especially valued Kenny’s personal touch and his established relationships with top-quality trade partners. He went above and beyond, securing a WaterSense rebate, quickly resolving a permitting issue with our builder, coordinating drainage plans, and even assisting with our landscape speaker installation. It was fantastic to see Blooming Desert’s team handling most of the installation, and we were incredibly impressed with the quality of the trades they used for the pool construction. Donna made the entire invoice and payment process incredibly straightforward. Given the extreme heat, we’re especially grateful for their efficient and high-quality work! report abuse

Lindy, our designer, was fantastic; she really took the time to understand our vision, offered some brilliant ideas we hadn’t considered ourselves, and created a design that’s truly stunning. And then there’s Kenny and his team – they were incredibly professional and communicative, keeping us updated on everything from the construction to the permits. Honestly, the whole thing was so smooth and seamless. But the biggest surprise was the quality of the work itself. It’s noticeably superior to our previous landscaping experience, and we’re completely blown away with the final result.   “Blooming Desert completely exceeded our expectations! We were a little hesitant after getting quotes from some of the bigger names, but their fantastic reviews gave us a lot of confidence. From the very beginning, our designer, J, really impressed us – he had amazing ideas and knew exactly what we wanted for our backyard. He brought his vision to life and then some, adding thoughtful details like the pavers, tile, and landscaping that really transformed our space into a beautiful resort. Throughout the entire build, they were incredibly organized and communicative, keeping us updated every step of the way. Everyone who worked on our pool was so professional and friendly, and we especially appreciated the help from Abe with the landscaping and Brian during the initial maintenance.   I honestly couldn't be happier with the amazing oasis Blooming Desert created for me! From Lindy’s original design last year to all the wonderful additions this year, I'm absolutely blown away by the incredible attention to detail and the fantastic team. Hugo and his team are just phenomenal – they work so hard, especially in the heat, and I really appreciate their dedication. Vincent was a fantastic resource for any questions I had, and he always had a positive attitude. Kenny was the best project manager; he was always smiling and willing to accommodate any changes I requested. Seriously, nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always so professional and kept the job site spotless. Lindy, the whole operation – we adore her and her incredible designs.   “We had initially contacted Blooming Desert a few months back about a backyard project, and we were really hoping for a smooth experience – we’d seen them working on several homes in our neighborhood. Their designer came out to our property and was very friendly, discussing our vision for an outdoor living space. We shared some photos and a rough drawing of what we were hoping for. However, we were shocked by the initial estimate of over $300,000 for what seemed like a relatively simple pool project. Despite that, we were still eager to see their design. Unfortunately, after a month, we hadn't heard anything and our emails went unanswered – it felt like they’d completely disappeared. Thankfully, we’d already started talking with another company, and they were much more responsive. And the best part? Their price was significantly lower than Blooming Desert’s estimate. We strongly suspect they didn’t like that we already had a specific design in mind, which likely meant they wouldn't get paid their design fee, and probably that they were unwilling to deviate from their standard neighborhood designs.” report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with Blooming Desert! From start to finish, the entire experience was truly exceptional. Carlos was fantastic – we connected over the phone in June 2020, then met in July to discuss my vision, and finally had a really productive virtual meeting in August to finalize the design. Once we agreed on everything, he let me know they were booking, and I quickly signed the contract and paid my deposit. Throughout the project, Carlos kept me updated, and the work actually began a week ahead of schedule. The team, led by Kenneth, was incredibly professional. They were there early every morning, even in the snow! Kenneth went above and beyond to let my neighbors know about the project, and they’ve been so impressed with the team. The crew worked diligently, and I especially appreciated their attention to detail – they ensured proper drainage, which was fantastic. Kenneth himself was always available and helpful, and I really valued having Luke oversee the project when he was busy. My pool project took a little longer than expected due to custom tile being shipped from Texas during a blizzard, but Dan expertly managed the whole process and kept me completely informed every step of the way. He even responded immediately when I had a question after the pool was filled! I also want to give a special shout-out to Donna for handling billing and Geo for his support in the service department. They’ve even followed up with me on my yard’s 30 and 60-day checkups. Honestly, it was the most relaxed home improvement project I’ve ever had. I didn’t have to worry about managing everything myself – Blooming Desert took care of absolutely everything.
