“I had a really disappointing experience with this company about 11 years ago. They planted a huge number of Yucca plants in my yard, and they just didn’t thrive – they either died or needed to be removed after a couple of years. Now, in 2019, we’re dealing with a completely different issue with two sissoo trees that are destroying our pavers, and we’re facing a $2,000 removal cost. Honestly, when you hire a landscaping company, you’re expecting their expertise in designing a yard that actually works for your space. Planting trees like these in a neighborhood like ours seems incredibly misguided, and I really hope they don’t recommend them to others.”

“I was really disappointed with this company. After putting in a lot of time and effort in the initial stages, they just disappeared without explanation – it felt like being ghosted. Thankfully, I didn't move forward with a contract, and I’m glad I found a better contractor. Beyond that, their work on a neighbor’s house has been a huge hassle; they’re constantly parking in inconvenient spots and their crew seems completely disorganized and unable to manage a proper work site.”

“John really pays close attention to detail – Jason”

“I was really pleased with the whole experience – the service was fantastic and the installation was done perfectly. More importantly, the work looks fantastic and has held up really well, which is a testament to their quality. Lindy was a terrific designer and I’d definitely recommend them.”

“I’ve always been really impressed with the quality of work Blooming Desert does – they’re fantastic. However, I recently had a negative experience at the boulders in North Scottsdale. A younger technician was quite disrespectful and made me feel threatened when I parked behind him. It was upsetting, especially with my children present.”
-
“We’ve really been impressed with Blooming Desert – it’s the third time we’ve worked with them, and they consistently demonstrate a fantastic level of professionalism. They went above and beyond, collaborating closely with our client to really nail down a vision that perfectly suits their outdoor space.”
-
“I was really disappointed with their response. I contacted them for a quote and estimate, but they refused to even discuss my project – it was a relatively small one – and simply declined to help. There was no explanation given for their decision, which felt quite abrupt and unprofessional.”

This driver’s behavior was extremely concerning. They repeatedly cut off other vehicles, including one with a trailer, and demonstrated a reckless disregard for safety. I would strongly advise against working with a company that employs drivers with such dangerous driving habits.
-
“The initial installation went really smoothly – the team was fantastic. However, the support and service after that has been quite lacking, and I’ve found it disappointing.”
-
“This construction project has been incredibly disruptive. The constant street closures and parking issues caused by the workers have been a major headache for residents. It felt like the supervisors weren't concerned about the impact on neighbors, and the pace of work seemed extremely slow – we actually witnessed them laying just 32 blocks in a single day.”
