    “I had a fantastic experience at this store! I was looking for a fuse key for my Stihl 460 RMA mower, and the staff went above and beyond to help me. They were so welcoming and really listened to what I needed. Not only did they offer me the key from a floor model, but they also proactively ordered an extra one for me, which arrived surprisingly quickly. The whole pickup process was super easy and friendly. Honestly, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind – it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, and I’d definitely recommend this business.” report abuse

    “I’ve been a loyal customer at Mow Power for nearly 30 years, and they used to be fantastic. Sadly, it’s really changed. I recently brought in my Echo trimmer for a repair, and it took them 12 days to replace the coil – costing $180. When I picked it up, it still wouldn’t turn off, and then wouldn’t start at all. I took it back again, and after another week, they said it was just a loose wire, which was good news, but it still wouldn’t start. After some fiddling with the switch, it finally kicked on, but it died immediately and wouldn’t restart. I’m taking it back this Monday to speak with the owner – hopefully that will help. It’s just not the same Mow Power I remember.” report abuse

    I’ve been a loyal customer of Mow Power for years, and I can honestly say their customer service is outstanding. Recently, my old Echo leaf blower/mulcher – I bought it from another company over four years ago – just stopped working. I didn’t have the original receipt, but Manny went above and beyond to sort it out. He contacted Echo and got it covered under warranty, saving me $110!
