  “I had a fantastic experience with A1 – John did a brilliant job repairing my roof. He was incredibly reliable, punctual, and really friendly, taking the time to explain everything he was doing. He not only replaced the flashing and fixed the damaged tiles, but he even added a back cover that had been blown off in a storm. Afterwards, he walked me through what he’d done and what I should be looking out for. The price was really reasonable, and I highly recommend A1 – hopefully you’ll get John!” report abuse

  Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I’ve been waiting since February to get my roof replaced, and they simply took my money without ever starting the work. They even removed my solar panels with a scheduled start date in May, but no one ever showed up, and I received no communication whatsoever. It’s been impossible to get anyone to answer my calls or texts, and the office is consistently empty. I’ve been bounced around to different people who made promises, but none of them followed through. I strongly advise against using this company – they don’t seem to care about their customers or their commitments. report abuse

  “I had my roof replaced back in March, and while the work itself looked good when they finished, I’ve been incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication and follow-up. I’ve contacted them repeatedly with no response, and no one has come out to address the ongoing leaks – water’s still running down both sides of my house and even into my electrical box, and frankly, it’s leaking *more* now than it was before the replacement. It’s been a really difficult and worrying experience, especially considering the cost. It seems like things are fine if everything goes smoothly, but if you encounter problems like I have, you could be left without support and dealing with the same issues.” report abuse

From start to finish, they were fantastic – punctual, incredibly professional, and really took the time to explain everything involved. The quality of their work was excellent, and we appreciated seeing the detailed photos they sent of each step. Plus, they were super thorough with the cleanup, even picking up every stray nail.
