  Working with Taylor James and ProWest has been fantastic. I’ve been involved in three different projects with them now, and each time has been a really positive experience.   Adam and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with the new roof. They really went above and beyond, handling everything from coordinating with my solar company to ensuring a seamless process.   “At 7:35 a.m., the driver was going well over 90 mph on the freeway, and he nearly sideswiped our vehicle while cutting us off – he was clearly exceeding the speed limit of 65 mph. It’s concerning to think he might have been trying to get to work on time, but that doesn’t justify such reckless driving.” report abuse

  Overall, it was great working with this company. They really went the extra mile, collaborating with both me and my insurance provider to get a roof replacement approved, though unfortunately our insurance wouldn’t cover it. They clearly put in the work, submitting detailed documentation and photos as part of the process. report abuse

  Chris O’Hara from ProWest was fantastic – truly a lifesaver! He managed the reroofing project at my apartment complex incredibly well, getting it done ahead of schedule and just in time to avoid the winter weather. You could tell he was really thorough and efficient. report abuse

  Ashley did a fantastic job navigating all the complexities of this project. She was incredibly diligent working with everyone – the insurance companies, the supply team, and the work crews – and she was always so pleasant and easy to work with from beginning to end.
