  “I’m finally able to complete this review, but it’s been incredibly frustrating due to a serious health issue that required my full attention for a long time. Because we didn’t move into the home for nearly two years after installation, we were unfortunately unable to pursue any claims through the ROC. I repeatedly contacted Brandon by phone and email, but received no response whatsoever. The rainwater system only activated during very heavy storms, which was a major concern.” report abuse

Not only were they the most affordable option – saving us a significant $10,000 – but they used a much heavier gauge steel, which gave us real peace of mind. They were incredibly responsive, always answering our questions with clear, detailed explanations. When their team from Phoenix arrived, they were incredibly hardworking, working from 7 am to 6 pm that first day and maintaining a spotless worksite every single day after. It was clear they took immense pride in their work. They’d even redo sections if they weren't completely satisfied – truly dedicated to quality.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Brandon and his team at Iron Fortress did on my home. From the initial hail damage to the complete installation of my new metal roof, they were truly exceptional. I started with a claim for a new shingle roof, but after years of wanting a metal roof, I decided to go that route, and I’m so glad I did. Brandon was fantastic from the start – responsive, offered a really competitive price, and even suggested a heavier gauge metal than the other companies. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns throughout the entire process. What made this project a little more complicated was adding a large patio cover, and Brandon seamlessly incorporated that into the plan, providing an accurate estimate for both the roof and the cover. When we started the installation, there was a snag – the sheathing used for the patio cover wasn't suitable for metal roofing, but Brandon stepped in immediately, adding an extra layer of sheathing at a very reasonable cost. The installation itself took a full week, and I was constantly impressed with the team’s professionalism and knowledge. They were efficient, always on time, and happily answered any questions I had. Despite a couple of unexpected issues – like needing to adjust the drip edge after the siding was installed – Brandon and his crew were incredibly accommodating, resolving everything quickly and efficiently.
