  “I’m so sorry it’s taken this long to get back to you – I’ve been dealing with some serious health issues that required my full attention for a significant period. Because of this, we weren't able to move into the home for around two years after the installation, and unfortunately, we couldn’t pursue any action through the ROC. I repeatedly tried to contact Brandon by phone and email, but I never received a response. The rainwater system only activated during heavy storms, which was a major concern.” report abuse

  “We were absolutely thrilled with Iron Fortress Metal Roofing. From the very beginning, Brandon and his team were professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough. We had a complex roof job – high-pitched with dormers – and were very particular about quality, and they truly delivered. Not only were they the most competitively priced, saving us a significant $10,000, but they used a superior 24 gauge steel, which was noticeably better than what other local companies were offering. The crew, especially those who traveled from Phoenix, were phenomenal. They started work at 7 am and worked tirelessly until 6 pm the first day, and maintained that strong work ethic every day after. They kept the site spotless and worked incredibly well as a team, always going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect – they’d even redo areas if they weren’t quite right.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Brandon and his team at Iron Fortress did on my home. From the initial hail damage to the complete metal roof installation, they were truly exceptional. I started with a claim for a new shingle roof, but after years of wanting a metal roof, I decided to go that route, and I’m so glad I did. Brandon was fantastic from the start – responsive, offered the most competitive price, and even suggested a heavier gauge metal than other companies. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns throughout the whole process. My project ended up being a little more complicated with the addition of a patio cover, and Brandon seamlessly incorporated it into the estimate and installation plan. Despite a significant delay – about a month and a half – Brandon made sure to get the patio cover protected with underlayment. Unfortunately, we then discovered an issue with the patio cover’s sheathing, but Brandon quickly stepped in and installed an extra layer at a very reasonable rate. The installation itself took a full week, and the team was incredibly professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They really worked well together, and I appreciated how promptly they addressed any questions I had. Even after the siding was completed, and we found another issue needing a drip edge modification, Brandon was there within a couple of days to take care of it. Honestly, it’s rare to find a contractor who goes above and beyond like Brandon did, especially after the job was finished.   “Brandon and the team at Iron Fortress Metal Roofing were absolutely incredible. They tackled the roofing project in some seriously challenging conditions – two days of 17-degree weather and a blizzard, all without a single complaint. They stayed in a hotel in the White Mountains for five days until the job was completely finished. Honestly, who else would put in that kind of dedication!
