Overall, my experience at Bingham was really positive. They were happy to let me test drive any of the tractors on the lot, and I appreciated that they didn't seem to want to pressure me. I even just pop in occasionally – it’s a convenient stop, and their restrooms are really nice. Just a friendly bunch, it seems.

“I’m really concerned about the level of service we’ve been receiving. We’ve been struggling with a Kabota mower for over two years now, and frankly, it’s been incredibly frustrating. I reached out to a friend who works with John Deere, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fully resolved in just 25 minutes – a stark contrast to the hours I’ve personally spent trying to fix it. To add to this, a previous technician from Bingham Equipment took over two and a half hours and charged us $419.40 to address the same problem. The issue hasn't been properly fixed; it’s recurred at least a dozen times since they worked on it. It’s concerning that a John Deere mechanic was able to resolve it so much faster, and the fact that they don't even work on Kabotas makes the situation even more puzzling.”

Nate is fantastic – I’ve bought several machines from him over the years and it’s consistently been a really positive experience. What really stands out is his responsiveness; he always answers the phone and returns calls promptly, which is a huge plus these days. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience purchasing a tractor and UTV from Bingham. I bought a $60,000 tractor and UTV, and from the start, I’ve faced a constant stream of problems. The tractor has been a nightmare – it won’t back drag without falling apart, and I’ve already spent $6,000 on repairs, largely due to a loose drain bolt they didn’t properly tighten. Then, while loading dirt, the front bucket repeatedly fell apart. After 180 hours of labor to fix the front end, it’s broken again just 201 hours later. And the new front bucket has barely been used for five hours before it’s falling apart. It’s clear there’s a serious quality issue with these Kabota machines – the flimsy bolts and lack of robust components are a major concern. They don't even have an auto leveler for the bucket, which is dangerous! I’m now paying out-of-pocket for parts that should be covered under warranty, and the service manager is completely unhelpful. To add insult to injury, the store manager is only matching online prices after initially trying to charge me almost $400 for parts. Honestly, avoid Bingham and Kabota products – their warranty is a joke. My UTV is also incredibly slow; it barely reaches 20 mph, and I’m paying for parts that should be covered. I’m going to be heading straight to John Deere for a much more reliable experience.
