  “I was incredibly frustrated with this experience. I scheduled a service call for Friday morning, and then received a call on Thursday to arrange the deposit. However, no one ever showed up on Friday, and when I called to inquire, they claimed they had no record of my initial scheduling. It was a complete waste of a day off work due to their lack of organization, and frankly, I was very disappointed.” report abuse

  “I’d like to share a really positive experience I had recently. About six weeks ago, I brought in my old ZG222 mower for a full service, and Marcus was fantastic – he took the time to really make me feel valued as a long-standing customer, which I really appreciated. However, the service manager then contacted me to say they’d miscalculated the estimate, thankfully reducing it significantly. I’d actually noted the date and time on the filters when I dropped it off, and when I picked it up, Tyler, the technician, had gone above and beyond by re-marking them – it turned out they were from the previous day!
