  “I had a fantastic experience working with Arizona Glass & Door, and it really started with Katie. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, clearly explaining all the different options available and keeping me updated throughout the entire process. While their quote was competitive with other companies, what really set them apart was the quality of the products and accessories they offered. The only slight downside was a two-week delay in delivery – which I completely understood given the size of the doors. However, the installers were fantastic: punctual, efficient, and friendly, and they did a really impressive job installing the doors, which honestly, I was a little nervous watching! They left the work area spotless too. My only small concern would be that the glass wasn’t quite as clean as I’d hoped – it took a good few hours to get it perfect on those larger 9’ x 6’ doors. Overall, I highly recommend Arizona Glass & Door and I’d definitely be happy to use their services again.” report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with Arizona Glass and Door. We had some ongoing issues with the window seals, which understandably caused a delay in the project. However, I truly appreciated how committed the entire team – from the owner to Jeremy the project manager, John the installer, and Katie in customer service – were to ensuring the job was done perfectly.   “Overall, I had a really positive experience with AZ Glass & Door. The estimator was prompt and professional, and he even handled the glass installation himself after the order came in. Communication with the office was fantastic – everyone was helpful and responsive. It was great that they took care of everything from start to finish.
