  “Yesterday, my rear window was unfortunately broken while I was driving. Portland Glass was fantastic – they quickly assessed the damage and coordinated everything with my insurance company, Progressive. They were great enough to have Progressive contact my insurance and provide me with a referral number. After getting a ride home, they delivered my repaired car back to my house a few hours later, and even took care of cleaning up all the broken glass inside. The service was truly excellent, and everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly.” report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the service I received. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and kept me well-informed throughout the process. The installers did a fantastic job – it was done neatly and they took the time to explain everything they were doing and why, which I really appreciated. It was also reassuring to see them following safety protocols, like wearing masks during the pandemic.
