He responded to my quote request so quickly – the same day actually – and he even came out to assess the project within two days. I had a detailed quote in my hands within 24 hours. John did an incredible job refinishing both of my floors, which included five rooms, two hallways, and twelve stair treads. He was really honest about the condition of the floors, which had suffered from water and pet damage, and he went above and beyond to get them looking their absolute best – you can really see the difference in the before and after photos. He stuck to his original timeline perfectly, and I was so impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work.   I just wanted to rave about my experience with John Farnkoff and Natural Floors. They recently installed new oak floors in my kitchen and entryway, and also sanded and refinished my older floors, and the transformation is incredible – you honestly can’t tell the difference! John was fantastic – incredibly thorough, gave me a detailed, written estimate, and his prices were very competitive. He kept his word and was there every day on schedule, and he even left my house spotless.
