  Oswaldo did a fantastic job – he really noticed the mold problem from the start and took the initiative to address it properly. He cleaned the tiles thoroughly and took extra precautions with the moisture barrier, which we really appreciate as we’re getting our house ready for the baby. report abuse

  Oswaldo and his team did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new flooring. From our first interaction, he was so polite and clearly really knew his stuff – he patiently walked us through all the different options and provided a really helpful, on-site quote based on the sample we chose. What really stood out was his responsiveness; he answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly, and we asked a *lot* of them! The installation itself was seamless, and he even finished ahead of schedule and left the house spotless.
