They completely refused to offer any guidance or support, even though we needed assistance with compatibility issues between the panels and their customer’s inverter.   I’m really pleased with these solar panels – they’ve performed wonderfully for my RV. But honestly, the biggest reason I’m so happy is the fantastic service I received from Jesse. When the panels arrived, the packaging was a little rough, and we discovered one had a small bend. I contacted Jesse through chat, and he immediately offered to send a replacement. I was able to pick it up in person the following week while I was nearby, and Jesse even helped me get it safely onto my motorhome’s roof. It was truly a great experience. report abuse
