  Mike was fantastic to work with – he really took the stress out of getting our house repaired after the storm. He was so helpful, explaining everything clearly and always available to answer our questions and discuss the different choices we had. Kelly, my salesperson, was absolutely fantastic – she handled all the communication with the insurance company and really took the stress out of the whole thing. She was incredibly patient and understanding with my husband and me, and she answered all our questions about the roof and the insurance process with such clarity. She even went onto the roof and sent us pictures of the progress, which was really reassuring. The job was done in a single day and the roof looks amazing, and the crew cleaned up perfectly when they were finished.   I was incredibly impressed with Mid-Atlantic Remodeling – especially Mike and his team. We had a significant amount of storm damage to our roof, which caused leaks and water damage inside our home. They really went above and beyond to handle the entire process. They worked closely with our insurance company to get the estimate approved and then expertly managed every stage of the repair, including carefully reinstalling our solar panels and tackling the interior water damage. Mike was always responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and everything was resolved quickly and efficiently.   “We were incredibly pleased with the service Jarred Jones provided during our recent roof replacement. He was a true professional representing Mid-Atlantic Remodeling Co. The team arrived early – around 6:30 a.m. – and completed the work efficiently by 11:30 a.m. Their workmanship and the cleanup were outstanding. We’ve been checking the property a couple of weeks after completion, and we haven’t found a single nail or piece of debris, which is fantastic. As a retired architect, I don’t usually offer recommendations, but I wholeheartedly suggest Jarred and Mid-Atlantic Remodeling to anyone needing a new roof. – William and Edwina Middleton” report abuse
