  I was so impressed with the service we received! When my car got stuck in the garage and the door wouldn’t open, Jimmy and the team went above and beyond to help. He walked me through a bunch of troubleshooting steps over the phone, and when that didn’t work, his son came out the next day. They were able to get us in through a window – it was a real team effort! Ultimately, they diagnosed the motor as being too old to replace, and handled everything really professionally. Everyone at the office was also incredibly helpful, and Jimmy clearly knows his business. I’d definitely recommend this company. report abuse

  “I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. My garage doors and remotes were ancient – about 15 years old – and I was having a real headache with them. Jim was fantastic; he patiently answered all my questions through calls and texts over a few days, really trying to figure out what was going on. But he went above and beyond, driving all the way out to my house and spending four hours completely fixing the doors and remotes – and he kept me entertained with some great stories the whole time!
