  Terri and Denis absolutely love their Dimension One spa! They’ve owned one for 21 years and consistently praised the excellent service and quality. When it was time for an upgrade, they immediately returned to St. Cyr Pool and Spa, and were thrilled with the seamless delivery and the fantastic support from Nancy – she really made the whole process enjoyable.   “I’m so pleased with the work St Cyr did on our pool – it’s been a long-overdue project! Josh did a fantastic job installing the heat pump last year, and this month they tackled a much bigger job: replacing our old, failing filter system. We’d been putting it off, hoping for temporary fixes, but St Cyr really stepped up. The crew worked incredibly hard, especially with the cold and wet weather, digging trenches, installing new piping, and getting the pressure just right – and they even managed to open the pool early! They were so meticulous, too, carefully replacing the ground fill and putting the slate plates back in place, and honestly, the pool looks better than it ever did before. We’re really excited to see how it performs over the coming months, but we’re already thrilled with the quality of their work.” report abuse
