He worked efficiently and clearly explained the remote inspection process, which was really helpful given the circumstances. Unfortunately, his truck broke down on the way, and I ended up having to handle the inspection myself, but overall, I was very pleased with their service.”

Dixie Electric was fantastic – they really saved the day during the quarantine! They patiently walked me through my DIY project attempts, even helping me understand some of the parts I was struggling with based on YouTube videos. It was handled so professionally and politely.

Overall, this was a really disappointing experience. There seemed to be a lack of collaboration between teams, and the way leadership interacted with team members – particularly those newer to the role – felt disrespectful and unproductive. I wouldn't recommend this.
