  We were absolutely thrilled with the roof replacement Steve Holmes and his crew did for our Dutch Colonial. We had two leaks that needed addressing, and it turned out the best solution was a full replacement, which they expertly handled. More than one contractor suggested that, and we’re so glad we went with Steve – he offered a really reasonable price. The whole job, including the new gutters and skylight, was completed in just three days, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Steve kept us fully informed about weather delays, material deliveries, and the crew's schedule, and the crew themselves were incredibly polite, friendly, and took great care to clean up after themselves.   Overall, we were extremely pleased with AHSI’s work replacing the siding on our row house. They did a fantastic job and really cleaned up some of the issues left behind by previous contractors. Steve was also a huge help – he was always quick to respond to my questions, which I really appreciated.
