  “We absolutely loved our experience with Greystone! From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations and we’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to build a custom home. We seriously researched a lot of builders in the area, and Greystone stood out because of their fantastic combination of quality workmanship, competitive pricing, and how well they listened to our vision. Kelly, our owner, was amazing – he was completely upfront about costs and options, and he worked tirelessly to get us exactly what we wanted while keeping us within budget. Jeff and Melissa were also incredible, always available to answer our questions and address any concerns. Melissa, our interior designer, was a genius! She helped us nail our modern design and ensured we got top-quality products without breaking the bank. It was a little tricky building during the 2021 pandemic, but Greystone kept everything running smoothly thanks to their proactive communication and willingness to work with us. They always let us know about potential delays and changes well in advance, and they were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. We really appreciated the frequent walkthroughs and the ability to make adjustments along the way.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with the entire experience with Greystone. We received multiple cabinets broken twice, and they refused to exchange or even return the incorrectly sized cabinet we received for our over-range. The worst part was the complete lack of communication – no one ever called to acknowledge the issues or to explain how they were impacting our kitchen remodel. Frankly, the quality of the cabinets themselves is very poor, especially considering we paid 15,000 for them. Looking back, we would have been better off keeping our old cabinets and having them refinished. I honestly don't expect these new cabinets to last more than five years.” report abuse

Kelly and Melissa, the owners, were absolutely wonderful – so kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and they really walked us through every step of the process, from the initial plans all the way to the final walkthrough. They were fantastic at working with us, incorporating multiple revisions and paying such close attention to the little details. When unexpected challenges arose, like they do with any construction project, they were always collaborative and helped us find solutions we were happy with. Crystal, the office manager, was a breeze to work with, and Melissa, the interior designer, brought such brilliant ideas to the table, perfectly capturing the craftsman style we were going for. And we were blown away by the trim subcontractors from J. Cook Construction – they did an absolutely phenomenal job with our built-ins and trim, really adding so much character to our home. Even now, after we’ve moved in, Greystone Homes has been there to assist us with a few smaller projects, which has been incredibly appreciated.” report abuse

  Greystone really went above and beyond to make our building experience seamless. They were incredibly attentive, taking the time to explain every detail and ensuring we were completely comfortable with the process. The whole team was so focused on our project, and their attention to detail was truly impressive – they often anticipated needs we hadn’t even considered. Being involved on-site as much as possible was key, and it definitely resulted in a remarkably short and easy punch list at the end.
