This situation is utterly appalling and demands immediate and serious action. The deliberate and cruel treatment of a homeless individual – locking him in a porta potty and then using a forklift to lift it – is completely unacceptable and represents a severe breach of ethical standards. There should be immediate consequences for those involved, including the revocation of the forklift operator’s permit and disciplinary action against the entire crew. Furthermore, the company has a responsibility to provide compensation to the victim for this horrific ordeal.
