I was really hoping to purchase two Caterpillars, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. Upon arriving, I was met with shockingly poor customer service from Mr. Chris B. He was immediately rude and yelled at me as soon as I pulled into the wrong parking spot. It was a really unpleasant start to the process.
