He gave us a really thorough estimate, much more detailed than the other three we’d gotten, and his price was incredibly competitive. Because they’re approved contractors with Mass Save, he was even able to bring the cost down and add some extra touches to the job. It was amazing how quickly they got started; normally Mass Save projects take a month or two, but they had us up and running in just a few days! The crew was just wonderful – really polite, professional, and they kept the place spotless. Honestly, this October morning, I was surprised to not need the kids’ wool socks and robes!   Overall, we were really pleased with the insulation work done through Mass Save with the help of Charlie and the team at Quality Insulation. The initial energy assessment was helpful, and Charlie was fantastic – professional and offered some great additional recommendations. They tackled the entire basement and crawl space effectively, and even addressed some exterior wall insulation, which we were initially concerned about. What really impressed us was how seamless the process was; after they finished patching everything up, it was honestly hard to tell they'd been there at all! report abuse

  Overall, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The unloading process went smoothly, taking just 20 minutes. Just a heads-up – it’s primarily set up for box trucks, not larger 53’ trailers, and there isn’t any overnight parking available. report abuse
