What really stood out was how responsive he was; he patiently answered all my questions throughout the entire process. More importantly, Paul proactively warned me about the possibility of needing to replace the entire roof due to current lumber prices. That was a huge relief to know beforehand, instead of discovering it when the crew started working. The installation went incredibly quickly and smoothly, and the craftsmanship of the crew was outstanding – the new roof looks absolutely beautiful! Honestly, I was considering just a repair at first, but after seeing the difference, I’m so glad we went with Paul's recommendation to re-deck the whole roof.   Overall, I was really pleased with the work Master Roof did on my roof. They were incredibly organized – they delivered all the materials and a dumpster ahead of schedule, and started the job right on time. The crew was professional and hardworking, and they took great care to avoid any damage to my house or yard. I especially appreciated that they used high-quality materials with a GAF warranty. We called them after a pretty bad rainstorm discovered a leak and, as we had an older roof, knew it was time for a replacement along with updating our attic venting. Wilson was incredibly thorough and professional, and he even helped us navigate talking to our insurance company – they were able to cover a significant portion of the repairs. Throughout the entire process, he kept us updated and everything was done incredibly quickly and to a really high standard.
