  Steve and Gary and their team were fantastic to work with. You can really tell they care about their customers – they were incredibly helpful and accommodating with my family during the whole pool replacement process. We had a pool installed by Clearwater twenty years ago, and thankfully the original liner was still in great shape! After getting quotes from a few companies, we chose Steve and Gary to replace the liner and upgrade our equipment, and we weren't disappointed. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done perfectly, and I appreciated that there were no hidden fees – I paid exactly what we discussed. Steve is a really honest guy who clearly knows his business and gave me great advice on where to invest a little extra for a better long-term solution.   “Overall, this was a really disappointing experience. The owner’s communication was completely unacceptable – they came across as rude, hostile, and judgmental, which made things incredibly uncomfortable. On top of that, the prices were far too high, and we were incorrectly charged for services that weren’t actually delivered.
