  Ado did a really great job getting our furnace ready for winter. He quickly identified and fixed a couple of issues and even gave us some helpful tips on how to keep an eye on things in the future. We’d definitely recommend Freedom – the work was solid and professional. report abuse

  “I just wanted to share my fantastic experience with Freedom – I honestly hadn’t heard of them before, but they’ve completely won me over! I was really frustrated with a big HVAC company in Minneapolis; they sent a technician who just talked a big game without actually doing anything, and then tried to upsell me on a ridiculously expensive repair – over $1700! It was a really uncomfortable and confusing process. Then I found Freedom online, and I’m so glad I did. The owner or manager was incredibly helpful, quickly scheduled an appointment, and Anthony, the technician, was fantastic. He explained that my AC was just a little low on coolant, and instead of a massive, costly repair, he expertly added the necessary coolant for a reasonable price – just $260! Honestly, it was such a relief and a great service. I’ll definitely be using Freedom to check my furnace every fall and to have my AC checked again next spring, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC service.” report abuse

  Here’s a natural-sounding evaluation of the situation: “I requested a quote, and to be fair, I took a half-day of vacation to allow David to gather the information. He promised the quote would arrive the following business day. However, it turned out they weren't able to actually do the work we’d discussed – simple venting and ducting – and hadn't mentioned that beforehand. Considering the time I invested, including the vacation day, I feel it’s reasonable to expect them to compensate me for my time.” report abuse
