  Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. They completely failed to respond to my attempts to get in touch, leaving multiple voicemails with no return calls. I even scheduled an appointment through their website, but they didn't show up – it was a total no-show. report abuse

  I was really frustrated with this company. It was incredibly difficult to reach someone who could actually help. When I contacted them to cancel my services because I’d moved, they assured me they would take care of everything. However, the alarm company they use, Alarm Connections, continued to charge my account for five months after I spoke with MRJ. Even after getting instructions from Alarm Connections on how to cancel, they kept billing me for another two months. Honestly, the whole experience was a huge hassle and I wouldn't use their services again. report abuse

  I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of support I’ve received. I’ve been trying to get in touch for months – over three, actually – and haven’t gotten so much as a response or callback, whether it was for an emergency or just a general issue. As a result, I’ve repeatedly had to interrupt my work and drive home to troubleshoot equipment problems myself. Frankly, it’s unacceptable, and I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.   Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with this company. They’re incredibly responsive – they’ve patiently answered even the most random questions I’ve had, and they’ve always been super quick to respond to service calls. Plus, their prices are fantastic. I highly recommend them! report abuse
