  “I had a really frustrating experience with this contractor. Initially, there were issues with the inspection of my home, and unfortunately, that led to a complete breakdown in communication. After that, I felt like I was being unfairly treated simply because I reached out to other contractors and they wouldn’t respond to my calls. It felt like a discriminatory reaction, and I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and willingness to work with me.” report abuse

  I really can’t recommend Randy. He misrepresented the mobile home to us, and despite promising to make repairs – even showing us a document confirming it – the home remains in the same condition. We’ve repeatedly tried to get in touch with him, but he’s consistently unresponsive and doesn’t follow through on his promises. report abuse

  We absolutely loved our new home thanks to Lake Country Homes! They did an amazing job renovating the trailer – the carpets are unbelievably soft and the countertops are gorgeous. Most importantly, the team was incredibly respectful and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were happy. We’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone we know. report abuse

  Honestly, I was incredibly frustrated with the entire experience. Scott was consistently slow to respond, and then the appointment he rescheduled just fell through. It was devastating – we missed out on the perfect property next to my mom’s, a place I’d been dreaming of for years, especially with my three kids. I’d been living out of boxes for two decades, always hoping for a permanent home, and this felt like a real opportunity. The worst part was that the listing hadn’t been changed for weeks, and it felt like he simply hadn't prioritized it. It just felt like I wasn't a priority, especially with his frequent trips. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend his services to anyone, and I’ll certainly be telling my friend to look for a different option. report abuse
