Ross was fantastic – he gave us honest, clear feedback about what to expect with the insurance claim, and he was even there when the adjuster came to discuss it, helping everything go through smoothly. The whole process was incredibly efficient; they were out within days and finished the job in just a day and a half, which was amazing considering how big and steep our roof is. They were professional, clean, and didn’t leave a single scrap or nail in our yard – a huge relief! We’ll definitely be keeping their information on hand for any future projects.   Eric Skoog was absolutely fantastic – he really went above and beyond to make the whole insurance process so much smoother for me. He was always available to answer my questions and even took care of getting a couple of extra projects handled for me, which was a huge help. And I have to give a big thumbs up to the roofers themselves; they were incredibly hardworking and made sure the area was spotless before they left.   “I was really pleased with Mark Gerber and the service he provided. I’d gotten a quote from another roofing company for over a thousand dollars to fix some wind damage, but Mark actually went up on a ladder himself to take a really close look. He felt reattaching the shingles was the best solution and it was only $50, which he said would hold up well until a full replacement was needed. While he was there, he also spotted a loose gutter – it was just hanging on a nail, so he fixed it with a screw, and even applied some silicone to a nail outside that was slightly raised, figuring replacing it would be too risky.   I had a truly awful experience at Home Depot today. As I was leaving, the owner, Brian Skoog, pulled out in front of me and proceeded to flip me off while yelling and swearing. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I tried to speak with him about it, but he just continued to berate me, and his passenger had to step in to pull him away. I reported the incident to the number on his truck, and Brian’s response was incredibly unprofessional. He then sent me a text claiming I cut him off, which is a blatant lie—my dash cam footage clearly shows him taking the turn without looking and intentionally cutting me off before flipping me off. His company’s website boasts about “Great Service, and the Highest Levels of Integrity,” and “Minnesota Roof Contractors.. Your Honest, Local Roofing Experts,” but his actions demonstrate a complete lack of both. It was a frightening and upsetting encounter. report abuse
