Isaac was fantastic – he really took the time to understand my needs, offered solid recommendations, provided clear and fair estimates, and never pressured me into anything. He was also incredibly professional; he arrived on time, completed the water heater replacement quickly and efficiently, and left the house spotless. It was like he and his apprentice had been there and gone without me even noticing!   “Everything went so smoothly despite a really stressful situation! I was unexpectedly out of town with work and got a call from a friend saying she heard water running outside. She thankfully took care of shutting off the water while I contacted Plumb-Tech’s after-hours line. They were incredibly responsive and sent a technician out the next day to fix the problem – they even sent over before and after photos! The invoice was really reasonable, considering everything.   “I was really pleased with the service I received. I was able to book an appointment quickly after calling, and Jeff, my plumber, was fantastic – he fixed my blocked kitchen sink really fast and even gave me some helpful advice on how to prevent it from happening again.
