  Pete and his team have been absolutely invaluable to us. They’re incredibly knowledgeable about pier work, and I’ve been dealing with issues in my 1906 house – which, as you can imagine, has had a long list of problems – since 2006.   Pete was fantastic – a really reliable and knowledgeable guest who took great care of the property. He went above and beyond to help me with the AC, even though it wasn’t included in the original agreement, and he didn’t charge a penny extra for his assistance. report abuse

  “Honestly, I was really disappointed with the experience. After another company did some work on my floor, Pete came out to assess the situation. He assured me he was licensed, but it turned out he wasn’t. Unfortunately, the work they did actually made things worse – they left several holes and used the wrong kind of plywood. My floor was in better condition before they started, and I ended up regretting hiring them.” report abuse
