  “I wanted to finally share my experience with the Cambridge. I moved in back in April of 2011, and unfortunately, problems started almost immediately after. It seems the issues began as soon as I took possession of the house, and I was particularly surprised to discover the kitchen and bathroom cabinets weren’t new at all – they appeared to be used.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. The build process took an unbelievable year and a half, and we still aren’t finished. We’ve also had a lot of issues – the ice maker doesn’t function, and four of the interior door knobs have fallen off during normal use. It’s really frustrating.” report abuse

  “Building our home was a much longer process than we’d anticipated, and unfortunately, we’ve run into some serious issues. Within the first year, we started noticing cracks in the ceiling, which was incredibly concerning. When we contacted the warranty department, they weren’t able to help us due to the specific timing of the warranty.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the work. The ceiling repair was a huge issue – it looked completely unstable and the technician admitted it would probably make things worse. Plus, we had problems with crooked toilets and the floor was incredibly sensitive to scratches and dents. Overall, it wasn’t up to par.” report abuse

  Overall, building my home with Heritage Homes was a really positive experience – they made the whole process so much smoother than I anticipated. The only slight frustration I had was a few unexpected costs that weren’t fully explained at the beginning. But on the bright side, they included some extra features that I hadn’t initially considered. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience so far. Within the first month of moving in, we’ve encountered a significant number of problems, including a dangerous gas leak in the fireplace that forced us to evacuate the house. We’ve also experienced doors that don’t close properly, leaving large gaps. I’ve already contacted the owner about these issues. report abuse

  I can’t recommend this company at all. The quality of the work was shockingly poor – we encountered broken studs, dangerously pinched electrical wiring, a hole in the roof, and significant issues with the framing that left everything completely out of alignment. The brickwork was also substandard. We ultimately had to bring in a completely different contractor and electrician to finish the job and address the extensive repairs needed. Seriously, avoid this company – it’s a disaster. report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience with this company. They were consistently late, difficult to get in touch with, and frankly, didn’t seem to be taking my project seriously. I have documentation to back up my claims, and unfortunately, despite waiting three months, the work is still far from complete – just the framing and roofing are done. I wouldn't recommend using this company. report abuse
