    I am absolutely furious with the service I received. I was completely ignored and essentially lied to – I ended up stranded on the interstate with no help at all, and I was then charged $150 out of pocket for a tow truck, despite being a loyal customer who pays for towing and roadside assistance monthly. The representative I spoke with was incredibly dismissive and made me feel like I was bothering her by simply trying to explain my situation. Because of her inaction, I had to find my own tow truck. As a 51-year-old grandmother with two young children, being left stranded like that is completely unacceptable. I rely on this company’s service, and it’s appalling that they didn’t fulfill their obligation. I’m cancelling my subscription and will be taking my business elsewhere – somewhere that actually values its customers and delivers on its promises. report abuse

    “I was really disappointed with this company. After switching my policy, they unexpectedly sent $27 to a collection agency and it appeared on my credit report – something I wasn’t even aware of. I never received any notification about this debt, either by mail or email, and there was no mention of it in my online account. Despite getting numerous renewal emails, nothing indicated I owed anything. When I called to try and sort it out, the customer service representative was incredibly rude. They’ve got great ‘Wackers’ (I assume that’s what they’re called!) and they even offer food to order, which is handy for beachgoers and boaters. Just be aware that because they’re busy, it can take a little longer to get your food, so ordering ahead is a good idea.
