  “I was really disappointed with my experience. I had scheduled an appointment for 8:00 am, but the technician arrived at 8:16 am without any explanation or apology for the delay. He acknowledged the issue I described – a strange smell coming from the drains only when water was run – and explained that I’d already taken steps to address it, including using a snake to clear the main drain line. However, despite this, he never actually tested the problem himself by turning on the water. He simply suggested cleaning my septic tank, which has been working perfectly fine. I was charged $85 for the house call, and I wasn’t given a clear explanation of the cost beforehand. Honestly, the whole process felt rushed and lacked a genuine effort to resolve my concern. I chose this company based on good reviews, but this service fell far short of expectations.” report abuse
