  “Overall, Blue Haven delivered a nice plunge pool – it was completed within the 13-week timeframe as promised. While I appreciated the quick turnaround, I have to admit I had higher expectations given Blue Haven’s experience with larger projects, like the one they built ten years ago. There were a few areas where the execution didn’t quite match what I anticipated, particularly concerning the initial excavation and some of the finer details.” report abuse

  “We definitely hit a few snags getting the pool built initially, but thankfully we were able to work through some necessary adjustments with our original supervisor.
