  “Overall, Blue Haven did a solid job getting the 12 x 16 plunge pool finished within 13 weeks. While it’s a nice addition, I have to admit I was hoping for a bit more – especially considering they’d built a large pool a decade prior. There were a few areas where the quality of the work didn't quite meet my expectations, particularly with the excavation and plumbing, and the overall finish could have been a little more polished.” report abuse

  Overall, the build presented some challenges, but we were incredibly pleased with the final result thanks to the dedication of our team. Jay, our superintendent, and Richard, the General Manager, really went the extra mile to ensure we had a positive experience. And Kelly, our salesperson, deserves a huge shout-out – he did a fantastic job translating our vision for the project and seamlessly integrating it into our backyard. report abuse

  “Overall, we were really pleased with our experience with Blue Haven Pools and Spas. It took a bit longer than we’d hoped – about seven to eight weeks – but we’re happy with the final result. If you’re prepared to be patient, it’s definitely worth it.
